Excel Magic International LTD- a suspected local shareholder in the now famous digital signal distribution company, PANG. 

The company was registered in Virgin Island- where businesses don't pay tax. 

Let the communications authority of Kenya tell us who the owner of Excel Magic International LTD.

Could it be that the CAK is forcing local media stations to distribute their content via PANG because there are local investors looking to make a kill?

Could this be another case of Mobitelea Ventures?

Now the ball in CA's court. They should come clean on this.

Juja Mp Under Investigation Over Sexual Harassment Allegations

A woman claiming to be a RECEPTIONIST at CDF offices Juja claims she has been sacked by Francis Munyua, the Member of Parliament for Juja, after she refused to give in to his SEXUAL advances.

Susan Wambui, who is MARRIED, claims that the MP sent her VULGAR text messages informing her of her sacking. One of the texts said,

''Ulikataa nikule hizo vitu na vile nazimezea mate. Now I am employing another person on your behalf. Hii dunia kila kitu ni nipe nikupe. Ken will give you the other details on how to clear from the office. Goodbye.’’

She further claims that she has been receiving DEATH THREATS from unknown numbers after she revealed the matter.

However, Francis Munyua, the MP for Juja, has so far DENIED the allegations and called for thorough investigations into the matter. This comes at a time when there have been numerous reports of SEXUAL HARASSMENT and NEPOTISM in most government offices.  

Media Hypocrisy at Its Best- Chapel Hill Shooting

As the world struggles to come to terms with the latest heinous killing of three Muslim students in Chapel Hill, USA, one thing that has come out clearly is the level of media hypocrisy and bias.

After the shooting incident in Charlie Hebdo, where at least 11 people died, both local and international media houses were quick to condemn the act, terming it as the worst terrorist attack. Reports indicate that the attack was motivated by a satirical cartoon of Prophet Mohammed published by the weekly newspaper.

Ironically, the same media has played down the incident in Chapel Hill, with the police arguing that it could have been as a result of an “ongoing neighbor dispute over parking”. Conflicting reports have however revealed that Mr. Craig Stephen Hicks, the suspected killer, has in the past publicly declared himself an atheist and according to one of the victim’s dad, Mr. Hicks was having problems with the three victims.

While most facts about this shooting point to a possible execution motivated by religious hatred, the media has not reported the incident with the same amount of zeal as it did in the case of Charlie Hebdo - a clear indication of bias and subjectivity.

The government doesn't want to take chances given the number of chaotic scenes that have been reported in the area in the run-up to the by-election.
